Masaf Institute for Strategic Studies is an independent, nonprofit, security research and analysis think tank based in Garowe, Puntland State of Somalia. The institute was established in 2020 to provide dedicated, comprehensive, and innovative analytical studies and produce knowledge to policy, security, and governance to help attain stable and prosperous Somalia. With a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a deep understanding of Somali and regional dynamics, Masaf Institute offers in-depth insights into the critical challenges and opportunities facing Puntland and the broader Somalia.
